Shipping policy:

Purchases are shipped from our warehouse by reputed courier agencies. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our shipping policy. For India orders – all domestic orders are processed within two business days. Orders will be delivered within 5-6 business days upon confirmation. Delivery to location which are low coverage or difficult to reach areas may take between 10-12 days. 

Order deliveries will be made between:

10:00AM – 6:00PM Monday- Saturday. Excluding public holidays.
We (Sparsh Jewel) are not responsible for any damage after delivery.
For any complaints with regards to your orders please contact on this number within 3 business days.

Shipping charge:

Free Shipping on Online Payment and Rs. 50/- off on First Order. 

COD charge:

A customer has to pay COD handling charges of INR 150 for all the COD orders.
We do not accept COD orders above Rs. 2000.
