We want you to love what you order. If something isn't right, here's how our return and refund process works.

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with tags intact.

Non-Returnable Items

Customized or made-to-order items, and products damaged due to misuse, are not eligible for return.

How to Request a Return

Email us at sparshjewel2327@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return within 7 days of delivery. Our team will guide you through the next steps.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method, or as store credit for COD orders.

Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please share an unboxing video/photo within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve it quickly with a replacement or refund.

Exchange

We're happy to offer exchanges for size or design issues, subject to product availability.
