Refund policy

Considering that opened or damaged products cannot be reused. We accept Return of Only Defective Products. If informed within 24 hours with video proof of unboxing, from the time of delivery. only Jewellery can be exchange for other Jewellery. We do not provide Refund policy. 

Exchange requests will be subject to checking by sparsh jewel. 

No cancellation shall be made after the order is confirmed once.
No refund shall be made after the order is shipped. 
No refund shall be made once goods are sold.
